People interested in counseling may also find
neurofeedback to be helpful.

Here are two PDF files that you may find helpful:
Relaxation Response
Sleep Hygiene
The first is a well-validated step by step guide for relaxation developed by Herbert Benson, M.D., that has been used successfully for decades. The second is a Sleep Hygiene Handout. Good sleep is a major component of well-being, and sometimes simple interventions can make a difference. To download these two files, youÂ’ll need Adobe Reader, available free here.

For low fee counseling, try:

Resources for couples:
The Gottman Institute — workshops for couples.
Passionate Marriage: Keeping Love and Intimacy Alive in Committed Relationships — a book you can read together (and you don't have to be married).
Imago Therapy — books and workshops.
Hold Me Tight is also a good book to read together.
How to Improve Your Marriage Without Talking About It is also a useful book, especially if you are looking for change to happen before your partner gets on board.

Anger management — if you like an Eastern influence, this is a lovely book on healing, taking care of, and learning from anger, by Vietnamese monk Thich Nhat Hahn.

Mindfulness training is helpful with many mental health conditions. This is a wonderful video of Dr. Jon Kabit-Zinn teaching meditation.
